ZALT Coarse sea salt is created by solar evaporation using time honored methods. Our Artisan farmers, harness the perfect convergence of pristine waters, coastal winds and equatorial sunshine, unique to the Zanzibar Archipelago.

Our signature, all natural, Hand harvested sea salt.

This pouch contains coarse ZALT and has a myriad of uses; can be poured straight into our refillable grinders, freshly ground from a pestal and mortar, as a dry brine, a meat rub, a pinch in your pasta water or as is for a crunchy texture.
